- Communicate clearly and warmly with clients — keeping them informed, at ease, and confident in the care their pet is receiving
- Place IV catheters and perform blood draws with confidence
- Assist with and monitor anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures
- Perform surgical prep, sterile instrument handling, and surgical support
- Conduct dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and assist with oral procedures
- Assist with ultrasound procedures
- Collect and process diagnostic samples (blood, urine, cytology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain in-house diagnostic equipment (digital X-ray, ultrasound, lab)
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records What We Offer

- Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience required
- Strong anesthesia monitoring skills — comfortable managing a patient under anesthesia independently
- Experience with dental cleanings and dental radiography
- IV catheter placement and blood draw proficiency required
- Proficiency with in-house laboratory equipment and digital radiography
- Excellent communication skills — with both clients and the clinical team
- Ability to multitask calmly in a growing practice environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
