We offer surgery, wellness care, dentistry, boarding, holistic and integrative therapies, and USDA-accredited international health certificates. Our hospital features separate dog and cat entrances and waiting areas, and our team is committed to a low-stress, compassionate environment for every patient and client. We are proud to serve as the official veterinary provider for the Plantation Fire Department, and community is at the heart of everything we do. We're growing and looking for a skilled, experienced vet tech who shares our passion for being a meaningful part of the community and wants to become an essential part of our team. The Role We're looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Technician to grow with us. • Communicate clearly and warmly with clients — keeping them informed, at ease, and confident in the care their pet is receiving
  • Place IV catheters and perform blood draws with confidence

  • Perform surgical prep, sterile instrument handling, and surgical support
  • Conduct dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and assist with oral procedures

  • Competitive pay — $20
  • 28/hr, commensurate with experience
  • Modern, well-equipped facility — digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, and more
  • Supportive team culture — independent practice, not corporate
  • Employee pet discounts
  • Uniform allowance Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience required
  • Strong anesthesia monitoring skills — comfortable managing a patient under anesthesia independently
  • Experience with dental cleanings and dental radiography
  • IV catheter placement and blood draw proficiency required
  • Proficiency with in-house laboratory equipment and digital radiography
  • Excellent communication skills — with both clients and the clinical team
  • Ability to multitask calmly in a growing practice environment
