Veterinary Emergency and Specialty of Tidewater (VEST) is a privately owned, state-of-the-art hospital. If you are looking to grow with a company that has a VEST ed interest in you, look no further! Currently there is an opportunity for a full-time Day Triage or Support LVT. Emergency or urgent care experience is required, however, new graduates and LVTs eager to expand their skill set that have emergency, speciality or urgent care experience prior to licensure are encouraged to apply. This position offers support and mentorship from board-certified criticalists. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with doctors and assistants to facilitate excellent patient care, performing in-house diagnostics, maintaining an extensive triage and icu caseload, client communication and education. Strong interest in anesthesia is required. Our hospital is equipped with CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, a comprehensive in-house laboratory, hi-flow O2 and a separate ICU complete with Synder unit.
Schedule Full Time:
