Licensed Veterinary Technician, Surgery Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care. Winchester, VA Full-Time | 3x12s or 4/10s $30•40/hr | $2,500 sign•on bonus Looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician job where you can grow your skills in surgery? Join Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center (VVERC), a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, where you'll build advanced Surgery and ER/CC skills working hands-on with high-acuity cases while working at the top of your license, making a real impact every shift. Licensed Veterinary Technician Responsibilities Intensive nursing care, including emergency surgeries (utilizing all skills). Critical case monitoring/treatments Emergency case management Assist DVMs with diagnostics and treatment plans Perform laboratory testing (blood, urine, cytology) Support imaging and patient monitoring Perform and monitor anesthesia and sedation Deliver high-quality patient and client care Qualifications Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) Surgery experience preferred Emergency or critical care experience preferred Strong technical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment About Ethos Veterinary Health Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, is where you come to practice world-class medicine, and help shape what veterinary care becomes next.
