Job Description

Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project
Qualifications:
