1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated ID/OD Grinder to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating ID and OD grinding machines, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate ID and OD grinding machines Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality expectations Qualifications Previous manufacturing or grinding experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and ability to use inspection tools is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Benefits 1st shift schedule Opportunity for growth Team-oriented work environment Apply today for immediate consideration!
