Shift Loading Box Dock or Combo Dock Planner Schedule:

7:30am-4pm Needs to be flexible for weekend work when needed. Saturdays required with shipping schedule. Responsibilities & Expectations Organize orders in tray for loading dock Assign loads to doors, print pick lists, assign row cards, and temp recorders to each load Check inventory received and make adjustments if needed Dispatch loads in and out of dock doors Provide information on product and load status to shag service and production management Manage trailer assigning, changing status, etc.… Check product rotation Plan future dated load activities Run out-by-time reports Assist loading dock in other needs for remainder of time Log shipments on Load sheet (excel spreadsheet) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Computer/keyboard literate Excellent telephone skills Communication skills - written and verbal Self-starter Knowledge of our industry Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills Team Player High School diploma or GED Required Good attendance record Must have less than 2 points

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks. Basic computer and Microsoft Office software (word, PowerPoint, excel) skills. Good people skills Self-motivated and work well without direct supervision Organized Ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements:
