In-Home Caregiver

Hood River, OR $20/hr Weekdays | $23/hr Weekends | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care is hiring an caregiver for a one-on-one client case in Hood River, Oregon. The client needs assistance with transportation to Portland once per week for medical appointments, along with help with light household tasks and errands around town. Important Location Requirement Applicants must live in Hood River or the immediate surrounding area due to the transportation needs and schedule consistency required for this case.

Schedule Thursdays:

12:30 PM to 4:30 PM for transportation to Portland appointments Additional flexible shifts may be available Pay & Benefits $20/hour for weekday shifts $23/hour for weekend shifts Weekly pay Optional daily pay access Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend opportunities Health insurance available for employees working 20+ hours per week 401(k) with company match Paid training and ongoing education Referral bonuses Supportive office staff available 24/7 Job Responsibilities Transport client to and from Portland-area appointments Assist with light household tasks such as: Taking trash receptacles in and out Collecting mail Running errands around town Provide dependable companionship and support Requirements Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience Reliable transportation and dependable vehicle Clean driving record with no major violations CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Authorized to work in the United States Mileage reimbursement may be available if using your own vehicle, or you may be able to use the client's vehicle for transportation.
