Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Personal Lines & Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist with an active Florida 440 or 220 License to join our agency. This role focuses on servicing existing clients, handling policy changes, and providing excellent customer support. Duties Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and billing inquiries Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy renewals Proactively identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional manner Support agents with administrative and customer service tasks Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships Requirements Active Florida 440 or 220 License required Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and agency management systems This position offers an engaging work environment where your communication skills can make a real difference in customer experiences, with competitive bonus and commission opportunities.
