Widmeier Furniture & Flooring is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Interior Designer to join our retail team. We represent the industry's top furniture and flooring brands, and we need a "people person" who can translate top quality products into lifestyle solutions for our clients. If you have a sharp eye for design, a "hunter" mentality for sales, and a personality that lights up a showroom, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do Consult & Design:

Work one-on-one with clients in-store and via home consultations to create beautiful, functional room designs using our premium brand catalog.

Drive Sales:

Meet and exceed sales goals by building relationships, following up on leads, and providing an elite customer experience.

Product Expertise:

Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our rotating inventory and the unique selling points of our top-tier brands.

Visual Merchandising:

Help maintain a "magazine-ready" showroom floor that inspires every guest who walks through the door.

Sales Savvy:

You have previous experience in a sales-driven environment and understand how to guide a customer from "just looking" to "purchased."

You have a background in interior design (degree or equivalent experience) and can articulate design concepts clearly.

Flexible & Reliable:

You understand that our busiest (and most profitable) times are evenings and weekends , and you are committed to a full-time schedule during these peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in Interior Design or High-End Retail Sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in design software (or a quick ability to learn new tech/POS systems). Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a large showroom. Why Join Us? $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
