The Dubuque Golf & Country Club is hiring for Lifeguard for our upcoming 2026 season! Are you a strong swimmer with a passion for safety and great customer service? We're looking for responsible, energetic lifeguards to join our team at our beautiful pool. This is a seasonal job with part-time and full-time hours. Our season starts in May and ends in October. Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all members and guests Enforce pool rules and club policies in a professional manner Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for members and their families Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck area Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) or willing to get one CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Strong swimming skills and physical stamina Reliable, attentive and professional demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Competitive pay Flexible schedule Fun, team-oriented environment Private club If interested please apply online or in person at Dubuque Golf & Country Club Dubuquegolf.org or 1800
