• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Irrigation Specialist to join our landscape maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas. Your expertise will help promote healthy plant growth, conserve water resources, and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions, ensuring efficient water use. Adjust sprinkler heads and control valves to optimize coverage and watering schedules based on landscape needs. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation systems seamlessly with lawn care and landscaping projects. Troubleshoot technical issues with irrigation controllers and timers; perform repairs or replacements as needed. Maintain detailed records of system inspections, repairs, and modifications for ongoing system performance tracking. Assist in landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, planting, pruning, and general horticultural tasks to support healthy landscapes. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on irrigation systems and related equipment. Familiarity with landscaping practices including lawn care, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to operate hand tools & power tools. Experience with construction or installation projects involving irrigation or landscaping is highly desirable. Strong understanding of horticulture fundamentals to support healthy plant growth through proper irrigation practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including digging, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
