Position Responsibilities Teach Physical Education and Health courses for students in grades K-12 Develop engaging lesson plans aligned to Iowa Core standards Promote physical fitness, wellness, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits Maintain a safe and positive learning environment Utilize effective classroom management and instructional strategies Collaborate with staff, administration, and families to support student success Maintain accurate student records and communicate student progress Qualifications Valid Iowa teaching license with appropriate endorsements Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Strong communication and organizational skills Coaching endorsements and experience are preferred but not required Ruthven-Ayrshire CSD is an EEO/AA employer.
