Sales Rep/Priority Responder

Priority Responder/Sales Representative - Join Our SERVPRO of South Springfield/Agawam growing team! Are you ready to make a real impact on people's lives during emergencies? We are looking for a Priority Responder/Sales Representative to join our dedicated Servpro franchise team! This is a direct sales position with emergency responder duties. As a Priority Responder, you will be at the forefront of our emergency response efforts. When disaster strikes, you'll be the first on the scene, providing critical support and selling our trusted restoration services to affected homeowners and businesses. You will also have time to develop and sell to local agencies and businesses to grow the business and your earnings potential.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Construction/Restoration sales, and Priority Response and insurance estimating is a preferred. Firefighters with a passion for serving the community are welcome to apply. Proven track record in Construction Sales and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments are highly regarded. Availability to respond quickly to local emergencies. Base Pay:

50,000-60,000 / Year + Commission on all jobs
