ASAP Are you patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about early childhood education? Join our Kumon team as an Early Learning (EL) Instructor and help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and confidence in young students. Why Work at Kumon? As an EL Instructor, you'll play a key role in supporting our youngest learners as they build foundational reading and math skills through hands-on guidance and encouragement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work 1-on-1 or 2-to-1 with preschool and early elementary students (typically ages 3-6) Guide students through early literacy and numeracy activities using Kumon methods Support development of fine motor skills, attention span, and confidence Use positive reinforcement to keep students engaged and motivated Communicate progress and observations to the Center Instructor ✅
