Laborer/Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, performing manual labor, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals effectively. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the role. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Excellent physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and following instructions. Attention to detail to ensure quality control during operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Previous experience in a labor or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
