• Full-time Landscape Installation Crew Member Droughtscape LA is a fast-growing landscape design & build company specializing in modern drought-tolerant landscapes, hardscape construction, artificial turf, irrigation, pavers, concrete, drainage, planting, outdoor living spaces, and complete yard transformations across Los Angeles.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking crew members who take pride in quality work and want long-term opportunity in the landscape construction industry. Our projects are clean, modern, and detail-oriented — not basic mow-and-blow maintenance work. This is a physically active, hands-on position working alongside a professional installation team on residential landscape construction projects throughout the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of pavers, gravel, concrete prep, retaining walls, irrigation systems, artificial turf, planting, drainage, fencing, and other landscape features Perform demolition, excavation, grading, hauling, site cleanup, and material movement Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, wheelbarrows, saws, and other landscape/construction equipment safely Load and unload materials, plants, tools, and equipment Assist with planting layout and installation of trees, shrubs, grasses, succulents, and ground cover Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Follow directions from crew leads and work efficiently as part of a team Represent the company professionally around clients and residential properties

Qualifications:

Landscape construction, hardscape, concrete, irrigation, demolition, or general construction experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability are

REQUIRED

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to lift heavy materials and work on slopes, uneven terrain, and active construction sites Experience using hand tools and power tools safely Driver's license preferred Ability to arrive on time and communicate professionally Willingness to learn and grow within the company
