You might:

Help safely book new detainees into the facility. Resolve conflicts before they become emergencies. Build professional rapport while maintaining firm boundaries. Maintain the safety and security of inmates, staff, and visitors. Conduct security checks and enforce facility rules. Assist with medication, meals, and daily operations. Write reports and document important incidents. Respond to emergencies as part of a professional team. This is a career where communication is just as important as confidence. Who Succeeds Here?
