About us Heart of Gold Support Services is a private organization set up to adopt 21st century tested techniques to provide organic support services to adult individuals with developmental disabilities who are served within San Deigo Regional Center in a compassionate, respectful, and consistent manner.

Modern office setting Growth opportunities Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment Duties Supervisor will supervise, coordinate and monitor all activities under the SLS , CFS, TDS and ILS program.
  • Conducting Assessments
  • Helping the Individual served and their support staff to actualize the individual's ISP goals
  • Maintenance of documentation regarding Consumer's progress
  • Keeping consumer's information confidential
  • Scheduling Support Staff's Shifts
  • Will either cover sudden staff call offs or arrange a replacement for the shift.
  • Maintenance of current car insurance and provision of transport for the consumer
  • Communicate with the consumer's probation officer as appropriate and give updates as to the consumer's program progress when applicable.
  • 24-hour response to law enforcement issues regarding consumer when applicable
  • Court representation if, and when applicable
  • 24-hour response to situations concerning SLS consumers
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
  • Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual candidate Prefered .
