Our engagements regularly involve litigation intelligence and dispute advisory, internal investigations and corporate crisis management, transaction intelligence and asset tracing. We are serious, we are precise, and we are discreet. The Role Wolf Global is seeking an exceptionally capable Associate to join our Investigations & Intelligence practice. This is a research-intensive, writing-driven role for someone who thinks investigatively, knows how to find information that others miss, and, just as importantly, is able to recognize the relevant evidentiary value of that information. You will work on engagements involving fraud, litigation, reputational issues, mergers and acquisitions. To be considered, candidates should have experience in litigation, prosecution, or investigative consulting, and the judgment to handle sensitive matters responsibly. Special consideration will be given to investigative attorneys and lawyers with litigation, trial, or prosecution experience. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth investigative research using open sources, restricted databases, court records, pubic records, and corporate filings Draft clear, factually precise reports for attorneys, senior executives, and other sophisticated audiences Assist with complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations, involving legal, commercial, regulatory, geopolitical, or reputational exposure Analyze court documents, discovery materials, financial records, and other evidence Work with senior investigations consultants and firm leadership on client engagements, interviews, and source development Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in investigations consulting, litigation support, or law Exceptional research, writing, and critical thinking skills Strong familiarity with online databases, public records, court systems, and regulatory filings Meticulous attention to detail and a relentless commitment to accuracy A background in investigations consulting or law Based in New York, Washington DC, Miami, Houston, Dallas, is a plus, but remote candidates will be considered What We Offer Exposure to global clients and complex challenges A front row seat to matters of consequence Opportunities for mentorship, growth, and leadership
