RACE Program Coordinator Work Hours:

6:30am-8:30am or 2:45pm-6:15pm Key Responsibilities Supervise students during before‑school or after‑school program hours to ensure safety and appropriate behavior. Support daily routines including check‑in, attendance tracking, snack distribution, and dismissal. Provide tutoring and homework support, helping students understand assignments, stay organized, and complete tasks. Engage students in structured and unstructured activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe program environment. Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and Network Connect leadership. Report any incidents, concerns, or behavioral issues promptly to the Site Supervisor. Assist with transitions between activities and support overall program flow. Provide additional support during special events, early dismissals, or emergency situations as assigned. Qualifications Experience working with youth in school, childcare, camp, tutoring, or community settings preferred. Ability to assist students with homework across multiple grade levels and subjects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must pass background checks and meet all compliance requirements. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
