Position:
(Purpose of the Position): The Lion's Pause Student Supervisors chair the Lion's Pause Executive Board and are responsible for the administration and coordination of the operations and policies of the Lion's Pause. Each Supervisor will have a different area of focus and specialization within the Pause.

Financial Management Project Management Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-lead the Lion's Pause Executive Team in concert with the Pause Operations and Venue Student Supervisors in the facilitation of meetings, support of team members, team development opportunities, and other related tasks. Recruit, select, train, and evaluate five (5) Kitchen Managers and one (1) Financial Organizer. Oversee the Pause budget, managing all kitchen supply orders, equipment purchases for both the Kitchen and Mane stage. Meet weekly with the Pause Operations and Venue Student Supervisors and Assistant Director of Buntrock Commons. Facilitate team development opportunities within the kitchen workers, mentoring workers in operations and providing resources and direction. Maintain three weekly office hours in the Lion's Pause office Represent the Lion's Pause to College and SGA bodies as requested. Facilitate the hiring and training processes for the following year's Lion's Pause Student Supervisors in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Buntrock Commons and Director of Student Activities. Facilitate the ongoing assessment of the Lions' Pause, to include feedback from the student body. Feedback is to be solicited through a variety of means including but not limited to surveys, open forums, and tabling.
Qualifications:
(Education/Experience/Skills) Previous experience as a staff member in a relevant Pause area or equivalent experience is required, Pause Executive Team experience is preferred.
