Crossing Guard Supervisor - Ephrata, PA Join Our Team for the Upcoming School Year! Crossing Guard Services LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Crossing Guard Supervisor to oversee daily crossing guard operations in Ephrata, Pennsylvania . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and making a positive impact on the community by helping keep students safe. Schedule Approximately 2 hours each morning Approximately 2 hours each afternoon Split-shift schedule during the school year Responsibilities Supervise and support school crossing guards at assigned locations. Conduct site visits to ensure guards are following established safety procedures. Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and training to crossing guards. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between crossing locations. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to interact professionally with employees, school officials, law enforcement, and the public. Monitor traffic and pedestrian activity to ensure safe crossings. Communicate professionally with school administrators, law enforcement, parents, and the public. Respond to employee questions and operational issues throughout the day. Report safety concerns, incidents, and traffic issues to management. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating crossing guards as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and client requirements.
