is looking for sharp, detail-oriented team members who can think quickly, work efficiently, and help our providers deliver better care. This isn't a typical desk job. Every patient chart is a puzzle, and you'll have about a minute to identify missing pieces, spot opportunities, and ensure providers have the information they need before the visit begins. What You'll Do As a Medical Documentation Specialist, you'll: Review patient charts in real-time as patients arrive for appointments Identify missing preventive screenings, diagnoses, medications, and testing opportunities Add appropriate documentation and orders before the patient is seen Support cancer screenings, chronic disease management, HCC coding, and other value-based care initiatives Help providers focus on patient care while ensuring nothing gets missed What Makes Someone Successful? $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
