Focused on sustainable practices, the company aims to maximize recycling of materials to reduce landfill waste, offering comprehensive site preparation and demolition solutions. We are seeking a Document Management Assistant to support our administrative and operations teams by organizing, maintaining, and processing company records. This remote role is well suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to support efficient document control and streamlined workflows. Key Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and manage digital and physical project documents, including demolition permits, safety reports, site plans, and regulatory paperwork Label, categorize, and store records such as inspection logs, environmental compliance documents, and job site records to ensure quick and accurate retrieval Review project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to demolition and construction activities Assist with version control of project plans, contracts, and safety documentation to ensure field teams and management have the most current information Enter, update, and maintain data within document management systems, including project tracking databases and compliance logs Scan, upload, archive, and manage records such as before-and-after site photos, waste disposal manifests, and equipment logs Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation for safety, environmental, and regulatory reviews Assist with reporting tasks, including compiling project documentation summaries, compliance reports, and administrative support for project managers and site supervisors Coordinate with field crews, project managers, and office staff to ensure proper documentation flow and recordkeeping for all demolition projects Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management tools Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively M&P Venture Partners Demolition, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other category under local or federal law.
