at Insight Global, LLC in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Description A global semiconductor and electronics manufacturing company is seeking a strong Infrastructure Communications & Documentation Specialist to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users. This individual will create technical documentation, user-facing communications, training materials, and knowledge management content supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate can comfortably work with infrastructure engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand documentation and training resources. This is an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extensions, and has an onsite requirement of 3 days a week in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation
- Develop SOPs, knowledge articles, user guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Partner with infrastructure, security, cloud, and end user computing teams to gather information and document technology initiatives
- Support user adoption and communication efforts for Microsoft technology rollouts
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories within SharePoint
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and visual documentation using Visio or similar tools
- Gather feedback from end users and incorporate the voice of the customer into communications and training materials

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 3+ years of technical writing, IT communications, knowledge management, or training experience
- Experience creating both technical and end-user documentation
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarity with technologies such as Intune, Windows Hello, MFA , Microsoft Authenticator, or related end-user technologies
- Experience using SharePoint for content management and documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interviewing skills
- Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, or visual documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, security, or end user computing teams
- Change management or user adoption experience
- Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming tools
- Experience creating video-based training content
