Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Service Documentation Specialist to manage service-completion photos for our commercial exterior maintenance accounts. This position involves downloading, organizing, renaming, reviewing, and uploading photos to multiple customer platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive computer-based tasks while maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Download service-completion photos from designated sources Review photos for completeness and obvious discrepancies Rename and organize files according to customer requirements Upload photos to the appropriate customer websites and work orders Update service dates and photo statuses in company software Identify missing, incorrect, duplicate, or unusable photos Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is submitted on time Follow different upload requirements for each customer or brand
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable downloading, renaming, organizing, and uploading large numbers of files Basic proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and spreadsheets Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage priorities and meet daily deadlines Previous office, data-entry, administrative, or document-management experience is preferred This is a good opportunity for someone who is organized, computer proficient, and takes pride in completing accurate work. Training will be provided on our systems and customer requirements.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
