Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and control project documents, drawings, correspondences, transmittals, reports, and records.
Ensure all documents are properly filed, registered, tracked, and updated in the document control system.
Receive, record, distribute, and follow up on project documents, including drawings, method statements, material submissions, RFIs, site instructions, inspection records, and approvals.
Ensure latest approved drawings and documents are circulated to the relevant project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor document revisions and ensure obsolete documents are removed or clearly marked.
Prepare and manage document transmittals, submission logs, drawing registers, and tracking reports.
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients on document submissions and approvals.
Ensure project documentation complies with company procedures, client requirements, and project standards.
Assist in preparing documents for audits, meetings, progress claims, handover, and project close-out.
Maintain proper filing for both hardcopy and softcopy documents.
Support the project team with administrative duties where required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Prior experience as a Document Controller in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or building industry will be an advantage. Ally (Kubota Ayako)
