Responsibilities:
Collaborate and liaise regularly with Management/ Stakeholders between local office, Japan HQ and overseas office on documents informations for project tender and existing project.
Document control:
Maintain project files, document repositories and IMS documentation; support internal and external audits. Reporting Business plan by using Business intelligent software applications. Data management, data collection on market and competitors for corporate business planning. Develop presentation material for management. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree preferably in accounting, finance, Administration, or Economics. Having Japanese-Language Proficiency Test [JLPT] certification is preferred as this role requires regular communication and liaising with Japanese stakeholders in the Japan office
