ASAP We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Document Controller to support a large-scale power generation construction project. This is a long-term, site-based opportunity supporting Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Commissioning, and EPC contractor teams. The ideal candidate will have strong document control and project administration experience within power generation, EPC, or heavy industrial construction environments. Responsibilities Maintain accurate project records, drawings, document registers, transmittals, and revision control. Support Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Commissioning, and field personnel with project documentation. Review drawing and document lists to identify missing or incomplete deliverables. Organize project records within SharePoint and other electronic document management systems. Prepare meeting minutes, action-item logs, progress narratives, and project correspondence. Track outstanding action items and follow up with responsible team members through completion. Coordinate with EPC contractors and subcontractors regarding documentation and project requirements. Support construction personnel by locating drawings, work packages, and other technical documents. Participate in daily and weekly project coordination meetings. Assist with project turnover documentation and final record retention. Monitor field progress and help communicate schedule, documentation, or execution concerns to project leadership. Qualifications Previous document control, project administration, or project coordination experience on power generation, EPC, or heavy industrial construction projects. Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction work packages, and technical documentation. Experience maintaining drawing registers, document logs, transmittals, revision histories, and project records. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable communicating with engineers, project managers, construction personnel, contractors, and subcontractors. Experience working in an active construction-site environment. Working knowledge of construction schedules and Primavera P6 is strongly preferred. Experience supporting gas-fired power generation, turbine projects, startup, commissioning, or system turnover is preferred. Position Details Long-term contract opportunity with potential for multiple years of work. Full-time, onsite position. Typical schedule of approximately five 8-hour days, with additional hours or weekend support as project needs require. Must comply with all site safety, PPE, and access requirements. FR clothing may be required during later phases of the project.
