Overview Temporary Job for 3 Months Starting Pay rate : $21.00 per hour Monday to Friday 8am
  • 5pm or 7am
  • 4pm•This is flexible Position Summary The Quality Administrator supports the Quality department by maintaining accurate documentation, updating quality guidelines and work instructions, and ensuring proper record retention.
This role is detailoriented and focused on document control, data accuracy, and compliance with quality system requirements. Primary Responsibilities  Update, format, and maintain quality guidelines and work instructions using Microsoft Word for a variety of test methods and processes  Convert existing quality documents to the new approved document format, ensuring consistency and compliance with revision control standards  Ensure documents are accurate, current, and compliant with internal quality system requirements  Perform filing, scanning, and electronic document management to maintain organized and retrievable records  Document and track SPC retained samples, ensuring proper identification, retention, and record accuracy  Assist the Quality team with general administrative tasks and continuous improvement documentation efforts Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework preferred  Previous experience in a quality, manufacturing, or administrative environment preferred  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel is a plus  Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple documents, and maintain a high level of attention to detail  Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Key Skills  Document control and revision management  Attention to detail and accuracy  Organization and time management  Written communication skills  Confidentiality and data integrity awareness
