Type:

full-time About ESC ESC is a technology integrator specializing in low-voltage systems, home automation, and security & surveillance. We design, install, and support integrated technology solutions across luxury residential, commercial, and high-security environments, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term support.

Compensation:

$120,000 base salary + bonuses based on performance. Full benefits package including 401k, medical, PTO The Role (Required Travel 60-75%) ESC is looking for an experienced Director of Network & Security to help build and lead the technical infrastructure behind our growing security operations. This person will establish the standards, systems, and technical playbook that allow our deployment and monitoring teams to operate consistently at a high level. The role combines technical leadership, security architecture, network infrastructure, field deployment, troubleshooting, and team development. What You'll Do

  • Establish technical standards for network infrastructure, surveillance, access control, and security deployments
  • Design and oversee network architecture connecting deployed systems to our monitoring infrastructure
  • Help develop and maintain the security posture of our infrastructure, from field hardware through remote monitoring
  • Provide technical leadership and escalation support for deployment and monitoring teams
  • Travel to project sites to support complex deployments, commissioning, and escalated troubleshooting
  • Develop documentation, deployment standards, and repeatable processes
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead technical personnel as the division expands What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in network infrastructure, surveillance, access control, and security systems
  • Hands-on technical experience and strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States (60-75% of the time)
  • Ability to build systems and processes, not simply operate within existing ones Preferred Technology Experience Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with several of the following platforms:

    We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who can quickly learn, evaluate, and standardize new technologies.
