Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and project quality standards Inspect workmanship and materials used on site Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel on technical matters Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports Identify and report non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Qualified Person Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline Registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience (viaduct structures, MRT projects or road works) Able to work independently and stationed full-time on site (EAST)
