Duties & Responsibilities:
Study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work To carry out supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer's instructions. Ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations. Liaise with all parties involved in the project To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings Attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues. Maintain and control site records as per required
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent Min. 5 years of experience in LTA projects Registered RTO with IES/ACES
