About the Role The Singapore team is looking for a Senior Technical Officer to execute service and maintenance works for electronic security systems while supporting the day-to-day delivery of technical services. You will work closely with clients, troubleshoot system issues, mentor junior team members, and assist the supervisor in coordinating service activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys field-based technical work, solving customer issues, and maintaining high standards of service within the electronic security industry. What's in it for You Work on a wide range of integrated security systems across various industries Gain exposure to CCTV, ACS, IDS, and Integrated Security Management Systems Develop troubleshooting and technical problem-solving expertise Build strong client relationship and customer service experience Mentor junior technicians and expand leadership capabilities Work alongside an experienced technical and service operations team Opportunity to contribute to continuous service excellence initiatives What You'll Be Doing Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems Perform servicing for CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS) Liaise closely with client representatives on service and maintenance matters Assist the supervisor in coordinating daily service activities and resource allocation Support and mentor junior service team members during project execution Ensure maintenance works are completed within scheduled timelines and service standards Deliver professional customer service while managing client expectations Maintain proper documentation of service activities and technical findings Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements Perform additional technical duties as assigned to support operational requirements Security Systems & Technical Service (Preferred) Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, or Integrated Security Management Systems Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance for electronic security systems Familiarity with troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and system restoration Exposure to customer-facing technical support and field service environments What We're Looking For Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, ACS, IDS, and Integrated Security Management Systems Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Singapore Citizens only Preferred (Added Advantage) Experience mentoring or guiding junior technical staff Familiarity with service maintenance workflows and client support operations Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices Exposure to commercial or industrial security system environments
