Full Job Description Overview:
Kimley-Horn is seeking a seasoned Right-of-Way (ROW) professional to lead and grow our ROW practice in the Irving/Las Colinas, Texas office. This role focuses on technical excellence, team leadership, and mentorship, ensuring the successful delivery of complex ROW projects while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will: Champion technical excellence by overseeing project quality, compliance with federal and state regulations, and innovative solutions for clients. Collaborate strategically with other practice leaders to align technical standards and share best practices across disciplines. Foster a culture of collaboration within the ROW team and across Kimley-Horn's multidisciplinary practices. Ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices and emerging technologies into the ROW practice. Play a meaningful role in marketing efforts alongside experienced Kimley-Horn practice builders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 10+ years of experience in ROW with a strong technical foundation and leadership background. Proven ability to mentor and develop others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of federal and state ROW regulations. Professional licensure or ROW-related certifications preferred.
