The firm has a robust caseload against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Focusing on the prosecution of employment and consumer class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and other employment matters. The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, contracts, and correspondence Assist in case preparation, including fact investigation, document review, and trial preparation Manage and organize case files, evidence, and client records Communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional manner Support senior attorneys in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements Review and summarize documents, employee files, contracts, or discovery materials Assist with settlement negotiations, post-settlement work and case evaluations Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards Qualifications 1-3 years of legal experience, including internships, clerkships, or law school clinical experience Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (in California) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Litigation experience is a MUST This position is an excellent opportunity for aspiring legal professionals seeking practical experience in a dynamic environment.
