Job Description
Morris James LLP seeks applications for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience and a passion for navigating challenging education and employment law issues. The ideal candidate will have experience or significant familiarity with the representation of school districts or other public entities, employment law issues, providing advice and counsel, and drafting policy. Must be admitted to practice in Delaware or have the ability and intention to sit for the next iteration of the Delaware Bar exam. Morris James seeks candidates with strong academic credentials focused on providing clients with pragmatic solutions within the confines of existing law.
