Job Description
The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, LLP, an AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 16 offices, is seeking a Law Clerk in their 2nd or 3rd year of Law School to work part-time. No experience is required, but clerkship experience with litigation and/or insurance coverage practices is preferred. Candidates must have excellent writing, time management, and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to work directly with attorneys and gain hands-on litigation experience with a dynamic team in Delaware.
•This is a paid clerkship with the potential to return to the firm as an associate after passing the DE bar.
Qualifications:
On track to receive JD from an ABA accredited Law School in May 2027 or 2028 Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court is preferred Sitting for the July 2027 or 2028 DE bar Superior academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication. Clerkship or Work experience (insurance coverage, professional liability, or employment litigation experience a plus)
