Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our legal team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse range of litigation cases, providing expert legal counsel, and advocating effectively for our clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay updated on relevant statutes and case law Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests with precision and clarity Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case theories, and coordinating with witnesses for depositions and court appearances Manage multiple litigation cases simultaneously through effective case management practices and meticulous documentation Engage in client communication to provide updates, gather information, and explain legal options clearly and confidently Participate in court depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions to advocate for clients' best interests Assist in procedural law compliance by ensuring all filings meet court requirements and deadlines Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in general & commercial litigation as well as personal injury law or employment law cases Strong knowledge of procedural law, statutory research methods, and legal motion preparation techniques Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for case analysis and statutory interpretation Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, motions, briefs, and correspondence Demonstrated ability to handle court depositions effectively and prepare trial materials thoroughly Experience with contract drafting, trial preparation, legal advocacy, and client communication is highly valued Knowledge of diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal regulations, patent law, employment law cases, personal injury cases, and statutory legal research is preferred Strong organizational skills with experience in legal case management systems and administrative tasks within a law office setting Join us to leverage your litigation expertise in a vibrant environment that values proactive advocacy and continuous learning. Pay:

$93,633.88 - $150,000.00 per year
