SubroIQ offers a wide range of specialty services to help claims organizations improve their subrogation processes. We provide expertise in Uninsured Motorist (UM) Collections, Referral & Overflow Collections, Applicant & Respondent Arbitration, and Closed File Reviews. SubroIQ is seeking a fully remote Litigation Specialist as we continue to grow our team. Litigation specialists work directly with lawyers in order to research and prepare all documents, briefs, and other aspects of a case prior to trial.
Job Responsibilities:
Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation Retain counsel upon client's request Advise the clients regarding the attorneys legal strategy Monitor attorneys assigned to files to ensure attorneys are aggressively pursuing the damages and report to the client accordingly Ensure the timely remittance of funds collected by the attorneys Responsible for demand preparation to include balance verification, obtaining supports from client files and forwarding demands to law firmsQualifications and Requirements:
Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and/or commercial collections Salesforce expertise a huge plus Demonstrate an understanding of the urgency required to maximize recoveries Good computer skills; strong customer service experience Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work proactively and be resourceful Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities and a strong client focus; self-starter with a desire to grow/learn.Compensation and Benefits:
$47,000- $50,000 per year (DOE) Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy
