NEW POSITION!

Lincoln County is seeking a detail-oriented and highly-organized Records & Training Manager . This administrative (non-sworn) position oversees the records management duties of the Sheriff's Office, is the custodian of evidence, manages staff training and ensures compliance of the agency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressively-responsible work experience in government or law enforcement records management, including 2 years in a management capacity
• Proficiency in RMS software and asset management
• High familiarity with Sheriff's Office workforce
• Excellent people skills communicating with coworkers and citizens
• Skilled in verbal and written communication skills
• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills
