Caseload shall consist primarily of employment defense and business litigation. Some medical malpractice insurance defense cases. Independently maintain caseload while procedurally advancing cases and prioritizing deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits Base Compensation :

$165,000/year

Annual Billable Requirement :

1850 hrs

Schedule :

Experience with:

mediations, depositions, motion practice, attending court appearances and oral argument; reviewing/summarizing records; legal research, drafting of memos, pleadings and letters, discovery, case strategy. Self-starter, accountable, punctual, excellent communicator, team player, multi-tasker, hard-working and creative. JD degree, admission to California Bar in good standing. Associate's work shall be performed under the general guidance of supervising attorney(s). Pleasant and collaborative working environment.
