Personal Injury Case Manager:

As our PI Case Manager in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the development of our clients' cases to ensure they earn the maximum wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlement deserved.

Daily Tasks:

Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases. Frequently contact and communicate with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment. Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment. Manage client's medical treatment including surgery, injections, and infusions, etc. Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures. Prepare files to submit to the demands department.

Your Skills:

Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases. Strong medical knowledge including surgeries, injections, infusions, etc. Liaison between clients and care providers. Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook. Ability to type at least 40 wpm. Spanish fluency is a plus.
