We are looking for a clinician who values quality dentistry, strong patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and working alongside a dependable team. What Your Days Will Look Like As our Associate Dentist, you will have the autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive patient care while working alongside an established clinical and administrative team.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive and limited examinations Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans Providing restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, and related procedures Performing extractions and other general dentistry procedures within your clinical skill set Educating patients about their oral health and treatment options Clearly presenting recommended treatment and helping patients make informed decisions about their care Collaborating with hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, and the front-office team Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Providing a consistently professional and positive patient experience The Dentist We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate: Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Holds an active California Dental License in good standing Has 3+ years of general dentistry experience preferred Is confident in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning Is comfortable performing general restorative dentistry independently Communicates treatment recommendations clearly and ethically Has strong chairside communication and patient relationship skills Is dependable, punctual, and accountable Works well with both clinical and administrative team members Values quality of care and long-term patient relationships Experience with Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, oral surgery, endodontics, or other expanded procedures is a plus. Compensation & Growth Compensation starts at $800 per day as a W2 employee , plus a production-based compensation structure . The production percentage and overall compensation package are determined based on the candidate's experience, clinical capabilities, procedural skill set, and discussion during the interview process.
