Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
l- Draft and review contracts. l
- Assist with regulatory compliance (data privacy, employment laws, industry standards). l
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters. l
- Manage document organization and legal filings. l
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
Qualifications:
l- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited law school l
- Active state bar admission is preferred but not required l
- 2-3 years of law firm/in-house experience l
- Strong communication, writing, legal research, and analytical skills l
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred qualifications: l
- Fluent in Mandarin-Chinese l
- Experience in logistics industry
- Familiarity with employment and/or data privacy laws
