Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000+ yearly

DOE Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal counsel and representation in divorce and family law cases, ensuring clients' rights and interests are protected. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized legal strategies that align with their goals and family dynamics. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay informed of relevant legal precedents and changes. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating effectively and professionally. Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process. Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience in divorce and family law litigation, with a strong understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
