Join Our Beachside Litigation Team - Attorney Position Available David Willis Law Group P.A., a boutique litigation firm located just steps from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Attorney with at least two ( 2) years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. Whether your background is in criminal defense , civil litigation , or both, we're looking for a skilled advocate who thrives in the courtroom, excels at legal writing, and values a collaborative, client-centered approach. Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and memoranda, with precision and clarity Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and trial preparation Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Manage litigation case files, deadlines, and discovery with exceptional organization Collaborate with our legal team to deliver results-driven representation

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed to practice law in Florida Minimum of 2 years' experience in criminal or civil litigation Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office, legal research databases, case management systems) Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented If you're looking for a firm where you can make a real impact, grow your litigation skills, and enjoy the Florida coast while doing it, we'd love to hear from you.
