Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen is seeking full-time Associate Real Estate and Associate Litigation Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience to join our well-established firm. Associate Real Estate Attorney What You'll Do:

Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title review and risk assessment Assist senior attorneys on complex and high-value transactions Communicate directly with clients, brokers, agents, and lenders Manage multiple transaction files from opening through closing

Associate Litigation Attorney What You'll Do:

Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research and case analysis Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel throughout litigation matters What we offer: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K Paid time off

FL Bar Dues Reimbursement Qualifications:
