Associate Attorney - Kirwin Norris, P.A. Kirwin Norris, P.A., a firm dedicated to construction law, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on experience in courtroom advocacy, case management, and construction-related disputes within a focused, high-caliber practice.

Experience Level:

2-6 years Responsibilities Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in construction-related matters Take and defend depositions Manage active caseload and work with senior attorneys on case strategy, including participating in dispute resolution proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to the Florida Bar 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience Construction law experience preferred, but not required Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Proficiency in legal research and the ability to translate findings into clear, well-supported written work product Interested candidates should submit their resume for consideration.
