About the Role As a Lawyer in our office, no two days will be the same! If you thrive in an environment where adaptability, sound judgment, and problem-solving are key, this role is for you. You'll primarily focus on rental contracts, real estate transactions, and risk management and insurance claims, providing legal counsel and oversight across these matters. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines at once. Whether you're negotiating lease agreements, structuring closings, or advising on contract disputes, your work will play a crucial role in protecting the company's legal interests and keeping our legal operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Real Estate & Rental Contracts

• Draft, review, negotiate, and provide legal sign-off on lease agreements, sales contracts, and other real estate-related documents, ensuring compliance with applicable law. Contract Management
• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of business agreements; identify legal risk and advise stakeholders on contract terms. Risk & Insurance Claims
• Direct the legal team's handling of risk assessments, insurance claims, and compliance matters, including representation in disputes where needed. Legal Research & Documentation
• Conduct legal research, render legal opinions, draft correspondence, and oversee organized legal recordkeeping. Liaison & Coordination
• Serve as primary legal point of contact with clients, property managers, insurance providers, government agencies, and outside counsel as needed. Supervision
• Guide and review the work of paralegals and support staff on real estate, contracts, and risk/insurance matters. What We're Looking For Experience
• At least 4+ years practicing law, preferably in real estate, contracts, or risk management/insurance. Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction required. Skills
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and contract analysis skills. Sound legal judgment and excellent attention to detail are a must. Tech-Savvy
• Comfortable using legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems. Adaptability
• Ability to pivot quickly between matters and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$100,000.00
